I contacted MM Ward to sell a property in Naas in early 2023. The sale was complicated slightly by the fact there were tenants in the property who were not due to vacate it until the autumn. Most estate agents will not sell a propoerty with sitting tenants but Carol and the team from MM Ward did. They worked around this to accommodate both the tenants and the prospective purchasers. Carol in  particular was alway professional, easy to deal with and very contactable, even out of work hours. Beause of this, the process went smoothly. Overall I am extremely satisifed with the service provided and the sales price achieved! I would have no hesitation recommending MM Ward.

First time buyers with MMWard :
Myself and my partner started our journey and got the keys the end of August 2023.
We started off with Carol in April 2023, from start to finish Carol was extremely professional and made a stressful journey for us a breeze.

The communication was excellent and keeping us up to date on every step of the way between phone calls, texts or email Carol done it all.

We can honestly say we couldn’t have done it without Carol she always put her best foot forward for us. I would recommend anyone thinking of starting their journey or moving house to get in contact with MM Ward because Carol and the team were amazing.
